Kate,
Don't be daunted by writing a list! It doesn't need to be long, or
take ages to do just let your mind unravel and get it onto paper.
You won't need to tap or ET everything and it really will help you
see more clearly, separate out what's important and help you identify
areas that need some more work, which you can then stick on your 'to
do' list if necessary.
You are now subscribed to the MM group so look forward to hearing how
