Ahmad

Three days before my appendix was removed, and already having been in
hospital twice with the same symptoms, I was discharged, or at least
the doctors tried to until I refused to leave. Tests after the op
showed the appendicitis to be acute and on the verge of bursting, so
good job I ignored their diagnosis of nothing wrong and stayed put!

Not all doctors are right and pain is not always psychosomatic. It is
an invaluable way for the body to flag up that something is wrong. Get
a second opinion and third if necessary until YOU feel sure it is only
psychosomatic. Not only will that ensure you're not in danger of
further physical damage, but will afford you the opportunity to work
the ET magic. Finding the emotions/sensations that underlie a problem
can be easier when you "poke" where it hurts.

And do talk to a practitioner, just as Nicola and Tom have suggested.
Even as an advanced practitioner and trainer I find working with
another ETP invaluable. And remember, ET can be done over the 'phone so
even if you don't have someone near enough to visit, you can still get
help.
