Luckily with EmoTrance we don't need to label emotions, just note
where we feel discomfort in our body and use our intention to move
that energy through and out.

With EmoTrance energy is just energy, neither good nor bad, so we
don't really need to start making judgments about feelings, which
labelling them does.

We just want to feel better and learning to move energy through and
out achieves this. In fact you end up not just feeling good but
amazing when you reach the energised end state no matter what the
original emotion was.

On http://emotrance.com there is plenty of information about how to
do it as well as mountains of articles giving examples.
