Hi Daimon.

EmoTrance can be done with a group of any size but there are a number of variables as to how much success this will have, both in terms of success with a single person and their energy system, as well as overall statistically with all the individuals present.

The variables include specifically just how good the person up front is in pacing the whole group and having the individuals in the group "on the same page" and at the same time. Another strong variable is how new the idea, material and experience of energy, intention and basic body awareness is in the audience.

I did such an EmoTrance demonstration with 70 people approx. at a German conference; they were partially familiar with energy work, with some being very familiar with other forms of energy work and others being entirely unfamiliar even with the concepts.

My outcome was on that occasion not so much to bring the entire group to the energised end state, but to have them notice and pay attention to the feelings in their bodies, and how those change when even a certain amount of movement is taking place, to serve essentially as a personal convincer of the validity of my assertion that emotions are feedback devices for the events in the human energy system.

With a group of people who are "emotrance enabled", i.e. who have some practice of following these movements and physical sensations with their intention and assisting in the movements from their end, for example a group in the trainer's training at Gatwick, it is quite easy to pace a group of any size through an entire set, from the original localisation of the problem, all the way to the energised end state.

The truly beautiful thing about EmoTrance for me as a presenter is that you just have to say to ANY audience, ANYWHERE, "Have you ever experienced the physical sensations of sadness? A pressure in your chest, rising up into your throat? Or perhaps a stomach churning fear?" - and the answer will be a resounding, "YES!"

When you go on to say that in EmoTrance, these sensations are *caused* by the energy system, by the conditions in the energy system at the time, at least half of even a highly skeptical audience will start to nod and go very thoughtful, become intrigued and willing to give it a try at that point.

And to be fair, even with a group demonstration and all the limitations that has, to *feel* an old troublesome *emotion* beginning to change, shift and morph, even ever so slightly, is an amazing experience.

Any human alive has lived with their unpleasant body sensations aka emotions for a long time and have tried to make changes in many ways, and to find something changing so easily is very motivating to the person themselves, often so much so that it overcomes dogma and prejudice right there and then.

One more note on these group sessions.

Not everyone will be able to finish up in step with everyone else. I give the direct instruction that "the processes of softening and flowing we have begun here will continue in their own time and until the Even Flow has been re-established," in order to have a safe way to stop and go on to the next part in the schedule.

This is also a good thing with a public demonstration where some things have begun to shift but it's not finished and there isn't enough time to see the whole thing through to the end. At the very least, it will keep the gains that were made and you can return to it later and finish it up in an ecological way.

Good question, thank you, Daimon
