Yeah I think that we must make a distinction between talking to people who like ourselves have already a history with energy psychology, and those who don't.

There are two languages side by side, and they're not the same as this example shows up nicely.

Something I found always useful when talking to newbies is to use the word "pressure" a lot, because they can relate to that, they have felt that, and then with pressure comes release - which also circumvents the instruction to "let go".

When I hear that, personally, I think of going to the toilet. LOL.
