a fear chimney

I have handled a lot of fear-generating energy recently. To the point
where I feel that the rest is no big deal. I have set up a "fear
chimney", which is a big open shaft above me, which like a
traditional chimney has an automatic updraft. Any residual fear
generating energy which drifts in from the nooks and crannies of
anything starts dissolving and then drifts up the chimney to rejoin
the universal energy, to possibly return to the world one day as
something more constructive.
