Think of the speed skaters in the Olympic games. Even if you do it sitting down, just push forward with that side to side movement that builds velocity strongly, you can feel that.

And seeing that you mentioned it, perhaps a tap on the "never got beyond the wobbly stage" or any other ice skating traumas from the past?

I wasn't particularly outstanding with physical activities in general as a sproglet, but I do get that speed skating movement, I can *feel* how its supposed to be done and how it works as each pulse/wave movement increases the forward momentum and builds on the velocity.

Very neat sensation, very neat metaphor that can be used for many things, not just as a diagnostic for lateral meridian malfunction - lol.
