I was up to my neck in researching the follow on patterns (the HEROS patterns) and having all sorts of personal crises as per usual when I noticed the "overheating the circuitry" with too much thinking, and some particular thought loops I was always re-running. On one occasion, it just happened that I made that move of sweeping the thoughts up and over my head, and I also noticed how nice it felt.
I mentioned this to Ananga Sivyer who knows loads about meridians (I really don't, personally) and she got very excited because she recognised the channel that was being used from old texts, right down to that "phasing away" experience when it just disappears somehow, halfway down your back.
We started using this and I found it EXTREMELY helpful; but when I started getting actual ANSWERS to some of these questions I was putting in there, I was really blown away and decided to publish the whole thing as a pattern.
It was originally just a state breaker to bring welcome relief, get control of your head. I never thought it would produce answers!
I'm still using this btw, and often, too.
I make a small flick of the head these days when I send a thought away for further processing, usually thoughts that I know will lead me on a wild goose chase or absolutely nowhere.
The longer version technique, the Snow Globes, that's also pretty neat.
The thing is that the whole of Living Energy is pretty esoteric, if well documented and meticulously researched.
We're trying to get "sensible" people into EmoTrance, and snow globes and such really don't help with that. So I guess I could be accused of sort of hiding the esoteric nature of ET until folk have gotten used to the basic principles of working with energy and experiencing it for themselves FIRST.
It's a conundrum.
And in the spirit of this mail, I think I'll put that one in a snow globe and pass it over to the HEROS for further processing, and possible elucidation :-)
