Hi Sara.

That's an interesting problem and perhaps Nicola might like to comment
on that, seeing that environmental energy is more of her domain than mine.

But seeing that you mentioned IS, here's the deal.

Isca had to merge with the vortex to "ascertain its needs". She found
out by doing that it was hungry for green, and found a better supply to
make the vortex change its course.

In EmoTrance, we ask the question, "Where does this energy need to go?"

That is the short version of Isca's manouvre, but in essence, if you
know what an energy form or erea is trying to accomplish, and where the
problems on its path exist, and you solve that, you get the Even Flow back.

Imagine the vortex in the town was just like a disturbed erea in a
person and use the same method - where is it trying to go? Where is the
disturbance or blockage or injury that is preventing it from flowing
cleanly and as it should? It's ONLY energy, even if it is "big" and a
great education on that even though it may be big and it may have
influenced many so significantly, it *can* be moved, evolved, helped on
its path (rather than to attempt to kill it, or fight it, which is
counter productive) to Even Flow.

I find this very interesting so please keep us up to date with that if
