holding...

This seems related to emotrance, but I don't know what I am doing,
perhaps somebody knows?

It seems recently I can accomplish expansion and relaxation by, with
my spirit body as it were, holding out my "hands" far apart, holding
in each a big colored blob or area (erea, I guess)... just hold them
there, seeming doing nothing.
They apparently must be two different colors. Black and white, or
green and yellow, whatever.
It calms me and charges me, I don't know why.
There must be an energy flow, but I don't know what the objects/areas
are. Maybe just collections of energy.

A very different thing, this one I have been doing since my Big 
Change in the late eighties... And I still have no idea what I'm 
doing: When I feel a really big charge and tension, I seem to be able 
to handle it by getting tense and charged myself. I tense up every 
muscle in my body to the breaking point, going almost into fetal 
position in the process. Surely a similar tension is happening in my 
energy body/self.
It feels sort of like I am *pressing* a big erea out of... something.
And I always get a big relief out of it.
