What's a "60"?

I have trouble respecting my body and receiving from it. I suspect
I'd prefer it to be just a metal thing.

In general, I have realized that I have trouble with *receiving*. I
really like to Lord, God, and Master of everything and do everything
myself. And not give credit to anybody else if possible. Total
bullshit, it doesn't work. Gotta change that.
