(I hope cross-posting is not too frowned upon around here. Just
wanted to share an answer of mine from the healing highrise list.)

You can start really easily by reading this:
http://emotrance.com/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=29

But I really recommend the book Oceans Of Energy also. Really.
Despite it being priced around twice as high as I would have done
(both for reasons of business and for dissemination of the
knowledge), I bought it in both paperback and e-book.
(Well, I bought all three books in both paperback and e-book.)

I have had som VERY spiritual gains today with emotrance, I am almost stunned.

Love, Eolake

Somebody asked me: "if your life was a movie, would you watch it?"
And it sounds like a good admonition to live an interesting life. But
after thinking about it a little, I realized that I want to live a
life which is interesting for me to live, not one which would be
interesting for somebody else to watch.
