in a german forum about EFT I found the following frequency:
10.5 Hertz for Healing of Body; Spirit-Body-Connection; FireRunning

I will give it a try these days - maybe it makes things a bit easier ;-)

An interesting point but is the following:
The users of EFT do not use mind-machines. They just use the intention
that the brain is going for i.e. 10.5 Hz.

So if we follow this point, we will end at Silvia's discovery:
The intention and experience of flowing energy is all that is needed.

A mind-machine could only be a kickstart. After starting the engine it
could rather be a brake than a push.
