I used to like plants and flowers when I was younger; then I got busy
with other species and kind of forgot.

Recently, I found an old book in the loft, must have fallen from a box
and got stuck between the rafters. I picked it up in passing and it
ended up in the upstairs bathroom.

This book has illustrations of English garden flowers throughout the year.

It was quite accidentally that I noticed that if you pick up something
like that AND get in the right frame of mind, it's like taking vitamins.

There is no doubt that the spring flowers give me a definite "spring
feeling" if I let them, and of course, there are all the individual
flavours of the different kinds of flowers, colours, shapes, greens, in
and of themselves.

VERY soothing.

VERY enlivening.

I'm sure on some level we all collect images, pictures, books, screen
savers and so forth of "energetic potions" anyway, but I think the
flower book has taught me that to actually USE THESE THINGS in a more
concious and more open way takes all of that to a totally new level.

If you feel a bit down and depleted 'cause it's winter or you've been
working too hard, or both, try a Google image search on "south sea
islands" or "spring flowers".

I just did "birch forests" and that's really done something for me.

I guess this is a subdivision of both Energy Magic remedies and Energy
Nutrition in practice; but the idea of turning to energies to cheer us
up and getting good at knowing JUST EXACTLY what YOU need right now to
do the trick, well that's a nice thing all around.

Vitamin waves to all,
