Well, Silvia, I just downloaded Apollonius...and am going for my first
Induction AFTER reading the instructions :-) I slept all the way through
last night! Noise in the morning, but I was not disturbed as I normally
am.

Starting with emotrance, going to my OWN Higher Self/Soul
to ask for the help with the noise problem, using the hynodreams,
and working on flowing every chance I get...not suppressing,
meditation and allowing the energy that was awakened through
a lot of meditation to just FLOW, well, I feel like something has
opened in me. Just a natural well being. Also, just
be aware that I can open to the energy of the noise and
block, although I am not there yet, I have made some ground.

And knowing I have others to share with...just to listen even
if via email and the understanding that you have also brought
via your responses...well...all of this has contributed.

I had some deep chakra work and Kundalini "release" in the last
few months which fueled everything, lots of shaking and all
kinds of stuff...to just FLOW has been what has helped over
these last days. Not getting hooked into any of the teachers
I have worked with or whose books I have read is a saving
grace. I can take what I need and want from wherever
it is offered and don't need to believe 100% or subscribe
to 100% what any of them say!

  You've hit the nail on the head, as they say.

  I've done hypnosis in every shape or form for YEARS, and what I am
  looking for is integration - re-integreation, even, if you will.

  This is NOT accomplished by barking orders at the energy mind, nor is it
  accomplished by trying to "trick" either the conscious, or the energy
  mind, into eating broccoli because it's good for you.

  There is also another and really fundamental thing.

  As a hypnotist, you can "become" that function INSIDE A PERSON to "tell
  them" what to do, how to think, how to process, how to behave.

  That's a spooky thing but that's what gurus and religious leaders and
  such have been doing since the dawn of time - replacing the VOICE OF A
  PERSON'S SOUL with their own.

  The sad, sad, SAD thing is that when people do this "soul replacement"
  manouvre, a person THINKS that they've been saved - all sorts of
  symptoms disappear magically and they feel so much better because
  finally they "know what to do" and the questions are over.

  Which is why people fall prey to cults and replace their own minds and
  destinies with whatever it is that the cult leader wants them to
  be/think/do.

  To do hypnosis and NOT have that happen is an extraordinary challenge;
  it is so much harder all around to create a space of openness where a
  person can begin to perceive THEIR OWN INNER VOICE once again and be
  guided by THAT, and not by ME!

  It's a tricky, tricky thing but I ABSOLUTELY believe that it is what's
  necessary for true healing and human actualisation, that it has to come
  from within.

  So I use the processes of energy hypnosis to bring about conditions that
  reconnections can take place, and that is a very gentle, subtle and
  complex business that takes a while to really come to fruition.

  But when it does, it opens the door to being able to be guided by one's
  own soul and think with one's own mind, and if one should be of such a
  mind, to worship the Creative Order directly in a one-on-one love affair
  that is beyond anything at all.

  So it's worth it in the end, I think so, anyway.
