Silvia, you are really great. Thanks for taking the
time to respond and to "think about my situation"!

I am amazed at your ability to take time as you do
to assist those of us on your lists.

BTW, I have used EFT on the sound thing while
it was happening during another time when I was
trying to meditate. The more I tapped the angrier
I got, and it seemed like I was tapping into to
some huge "rage"...I was saying bad words
and call the "perpetrators" of the noise lots
of more bad words. There were feelings deep
feelings coming up. I didn't continue
on my own. I have thought to work with
someone with EFT, but the I remembered
you and emotrance and all those hyno dream
cd's I had...so here I am.

I have had some interesting and very meaningful
"altered states" experiences since I first
used your programs. It is really interesting to
revisit them now. Some deep work with a shaman
from Peru (not a weekend workshop type) but
real deal. I experienced lots of energy states
and visited other dimensions for periods of
several hours. So that sort of changed me :-)

I love your stuff and plan to stay with it, as
well as do the online emotrance course as soon as
I get some sleep :-)

I am going to forward your email to Gina, with
whom I intend to schedule an emotrance session,
but am now wondering if I should do the eft first?

Anyway, out of this "crisis", I gained the resolve to
stand up to my Mom and told her I want to sell the house
and move, and she said ok.

Your suggestions are well taken and deeply
appreciated.

Your really are the best!
Yvonne

  Hi Yvonne!

I'm pleased you're enjoying Soften & Flow, and I've been thinking about
your sound situation on and off since your message came in.

I think you're right about getting a hotel room.

  Do it.

  It'll be fun!

You're probably also right about having some form of "sound allergy".

Have you tried that for an opening statement in EFT, btw?

Also, I have a strong sense that this is related to some other form of
noise that caused the allergy/phobia - what might that have been if you
  knew?

This has not a lot to do with finding a solution to your problem, just a
personal note on that "noise whilst you're trying to sleep" thing.

I have a lot of that too, mostly because of my habit to sleep when
everyone else is scooting around and to be awake when they are all
a-snoozle. Time reversal ... or time share?

Anyway. About a year ago this hit crisis point and I was lying in bed,
trying to figure out what to do as the various crunches and crashes,
squeaks, bangs and raised voices shot around the place like so many
missiles, and I had this really fascinating past life shift into being
in a soldier's camp and sleeping on a blanket roll with nothing but a
bit of canvas and fresh air between me and horses being shod, seargeants
screaming their lungs out and swords being hammered!

I thought, "The sounds of the camp ..." and fell asleep - instantly.

  The magic words ...

It is really weird but I only have to think that now and everything
fades away and I just fall asleep, no matter how hideous the noise, and
including a few weeks back when I was getting a new drive installed and
three guys were sledge hammering through the old concrete directly under
  my bedroom window.

I'm not suggesting this as a therapy or a strategy, just an anecdote.

  Good luck with yours, Yvonne,

  Silvia
