Thank you, I feel honoured by your response.
Re my colleagues in the exercise - I noticed one common behaviour among
them. They were all delivering the same request each time, in exactly
the same way, whereas I had the extra support in the exercise and this
gave me both the capacity and the incentive to play during the exercise,
using different emphasis on words, sneaking up and whispering in an ear
from behind, generally trying lots of variations. I was no more
practiced or capable than others, just better equiped. >>>

Now that is particularly heartening.

EmoTrance works from a "flow" presupposition, which also says that if
you get back into flow with your environment, responding in real time to
what is really there, life should be more playful, less dour, less
frightening and make more sense.

That's exactly born out with your experience in this "non healing
orientated" environmnent.

<<I just love this stuff.>>>

I do too and never more so than when someone goes out and proves the
validity of the presuppositions in the field!

The experimentation and playfulness, that's the key, and how much more
do you learn as you begin to really interact with the
people/environments?

That's just great :-)

<<I have developed something similar when scuba diving, but with no
insight into why . When a diver gets tense or nervous, air consumption
rises and perception narrows, both very unwelcome and both potentially
fatal at worst. So, if I feel tension as I am finning along I start to
soften my whole body (quick visualisation) and as I swim forward I let
the tension flow down, through my hips and legs, out of my fin tips and
leave it behind. The result has always been very pleasant and effective.
Now I know why. >>>

That's very nice as well :-) and very natural.

Finning along ...

aaaah ...

Silvia :-)
