thanks - I will report back, soon. Overnight, I was musing on my crazy situation, trying this new stuff with nearly sixty years of deliberately avoiding dancing as my track record.. So, I read your response with mixed feelings - I don't believe I have experienced the full 'even flow' yet. Imagine my feelings a few minutes after reading your response when I caught the last few minutes of a radio 2 show at 5 50, when it was announced that the 'newly coined word of the day was Guitargasm'!
This took me via pianogsam and sanctuary-much-gasm to emogasm. I decided to stop there

Oddly enough, nope, not tried this yet. My energy mind did not feed that
idea into my habitual command and control center.

Some of my personally very favourite ET moments have been with music -
including stuff that always and religiously made me cry beforehand.

Ha! I had a "thing" with Beethoven's Fifth. I had Classic FM on and was
just sitting in a carpark, waiting for someone to finish their shopping,
when it came on.

Man that was UNBELIEVABLY SEXY!

I was writhing around in the car - what a TRIP!

I'm beginning to think that ET & Music are made for each other, and the
physical movement really helps move ereas around, shake out blockages,
break out of shields and all sorts.

I've always wanted to do this thing called Energy Dancing, and I guess
that's it.

PS. In hindsight, perhaps Faith of the Heart is not my favourite ET song
after all ... :-))
