Hi Freddie,
Thanks so much for bringing this up.
I've just realised recently what a control freak I am and if I can get
Tachyon and EmoTrance to release stuff anyone can (while still
maintaining control :)
My suggestion is to pick up a copy of Hypnodreams, start with volume 1
at http://hypnodreams.org, and use either a Tachyon headband with a
Cell in it or just place a Cell over your brow chakra while listening.
If you have a second Cell place that over any areas of discomfort or
where you sense there are blockages during each session, you can move
it as and when necessary.
I find Tachyon really helps people who are having trouble doing
EmoTrance on their own, it really does help, like having your own
personal healer on hand day and night.
Using Tachyon with EmoTrance and Hypnodreams really helps me get back
into my body so that I can then feel and deal with what needs to be
cleared.
Let me know how you get on.
Tachyon waves from one control freak to another,
Nicola
