Subject: [ET2] Suggestions Please.
Hi, After reading some articles on ' Project Sanctuary, I would like to
download it and work the whole programme but in an introductory example,
I find I have a block, which I cannot seem to correct. I would welcome
some suggestions.
I can easily create, consciously, a place where I could feel relaxed
and happy. I can go on adding all sorts of detail, smell the flowers,
feel the sun, hear the background music, watch the dancing, etc.,
BUT what I can't seem to do is contact an ambassador from the
unconscious. I have no idea how to do that except wait, expectantly.
This is rather odd because when I write or create sculpture, I know I
am allowing a flow from the High Self! Sometimes a carving is 85% done
before I consciously know whats coming.
I have also done much Past Life Regression by allowing the deeper
mind to show me what is stored in the unconscious.
To my understanding, the purpose of the whole project is to establish
trust and ommunication between the two aspects of mind. And that would
be a big evolutionary step! Huggie
Ah what fun! A PS Question on the ET2 list ... :-)
Well and for what it's worth, it being YOUR realms, perhaps there's more
required than just sitting and waiting?
Perhaps you need to roll out a red carpet or send out messenger doves.
Or seeing that it is the ET2 list, perhaps you might wonder where you
feel the idea of meeting other aspects SO VERY DIRECTLY THAT YOU CAN
SMELL THEM in your body and soften and flow it?
A lot of artists sort of half pride and half excuse themselves with that
"oh it wasn't me it just took me over and I didn't know what I was doing
..." type of thing. Understandable and useful in muppetville but gets to
show its limitations when you're going for real magic, and totality
congruency.
SFX :-)
