Hi, In a book on Tai Chi, I read about "Stale Chi", which just sticks around in the body. Doesn't do much harm but does no good either!
Wondered if I could get rid of it. Now, when I awake, after my usual gentle stretching, I find my 'stale energy' hiding in scattered places in my body and intend it to find its way, on and out.
Sometimes, I help it by shaking my body round a bit but most of it just leaves easily.
I find this helps me get started, especially when I wake up feeling yucky, after one of the humid nights we are now having.
Though that might be worth sharing.
