Please help newbie who cant CANT get it

Hi all...
Hope somebody can help me..

I really really really want to be able to do the ET protocol for
myself and certain problems I'm having. I have found that EFT has
helped but it seems to be very slow with me.. I think it may have
someting to do with the fact that I have a tough job getting into the
emotion and staying there, focused on it. I guess you would say that
I'm a pretty dissociated person, in general.

Anyway, I've bought Oceans of Energy and turned my hand to ET now,
and I'm finding that even though I can locate the energy and where it
is blocked/disturbed, I cant seem to help it to move or melt or do
anything much at all.

It just sits there, making me frustrated.

Can someone please help.

I'm trying to get this, and its just not happening.. could someone
please recommmend what to do...
