Guilty as charged! The trouble with making great progress with
energy therapies is that when you discover a new technique you
can't wait to try it out on all those things that you've not managed
to change yet.

in your email.

Hi Mungo!

~~when I first read _Oceans of Energy_ that might have been
the first time I would really stop and actually do the excercises
in a "self-help" book as I was reading. and surprised how easy
they were! geez, why had I never thought of doing this? And I
just went with the little-stuff that popped-up as I was reading . . .
one was, "geez, you are _such_ a bookworm!" wow, I've heard
that a lot! a worm, that's a bad-thingy to be! Where do I feel that
in my body? In my shoulder. Maybe I'm not shouldering my
responsi. . . wait a sec! "It's just an energy!" soften and flow
. . . down the arm, past the elbow, thru the wrist, out the fingers.
Huh, imagine that! It came, it stayed awhile, it passed thru and
out. such a bookworm! Yar, thass cool! So I'm finding this stuff
is fun, enjoyable to explore. I like in the evening to sit out on
the porch, the cats are sprawled out, listening to the crickets and
cicadas and the last chirping of the starlings and just explore
with the emoTrance for 20 minutes or so. More fun than
watching the talking-heads on CNN or FOX. best regards,

~~Dave
