RE: [ET2] Thankyous

Hmm, sorry Gaura, feel another public apology coming on but instead think I
will turn it into a thankyou.

Have just unearthed my most precious battered copy of Gurdjieff's Views From
the Real World for a project I am just starting and on opening it the very
first thing I read was, Thank everyone who gives you the opportunity to
struggle with yourself.

Now I don't hold with everything he says nowadays, though I used to, but
that does seem strangely fitting today.

I'm not what I would call a naturally aggressive person, and normally run a
million miles from conflict of any kind, or used to, but the responses I had
to the original mail and to Irene have been very valuable so thank you both.

But also it 's really good to get messages of support and I didn't even
think of the work I do as tireless until you mentioned it Gaura but I guess
being available practically 24 hours a day and even at some very intimate
moments I have been known to break off and answer my mobile just in case it
is someone stuck in Thailand unable to get on a plane does mean just that.
(However, Silvia is working with me on this, so if you do get my voicemail
please do leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as is humanly
possible or as soon as I can break free from the person holding me down :)

Insanely gorgeous, I love that phrase. If we could revel in our own
gorgeousness then it would certainly spread to everyone else.

And back to Gurdjieff, briefly; conscious love evokes the same in response,
emotional love evokes the opposite and physical love, well that depends on
type and polarity. Hehe.

  EmoTrance is the direct and higher incarnation of EFT. i love it even

  than EFT because, for one thing, there are no problems with the
(horrendous and
  therapist/soul destroying) apex effect. (altho we might miss the jokes to

  had at dear apex's expense...)

  those who criticise silvia obviously do not know silvia or her compassion
and
  her work. and if they DO know her, they criticise out of envy. to defend
  silvia in the way you chose is surely 'allowed'? show a bit of personality
and
  passion, show how hurt you feel about someone as selfless and beautiful
and
  generous as silvia. we aren't on here to love everybody, we aren't on here
to
  promote the, frankly HELLISH, new age experience. we are on here to learn
and to
  express.. and if someone like the cowardly-anonymous-discusted can say
what
  they damn well please then so can nicola who works tirelessly to promote
EFT, ET
  and EVERYTHING useful in helping everyone to learn and grow.
  telling someone ignorant and offensive to put something in their pipe and
  choke on it isn't evil, it's a human response. and it is FINE, in my
humble,
  human opinion.

  plus it made me laugh.
