I think that's a very valuable idea and can think of a number of people
where this might be applied with great success and can think of one person
in particular where using this may have saved us a lot of trouble!

It is an excellent first step for those who are locked and frozen in their
heads but this is exactly what I meant, it is different and should not be
confused with Snow Globes or used routinely as a substitute unless the
above applies. Snow Globes should be the ultimate goal, they are THE
perfect vehicle for the full process.

And I'm not just saying this because of a GS, really, I'm not...
