1. ALWAYS follow your own guidance, even if it burns you up. It's
YOUR life. Your blisters. Your experiences and your learning. Do
as thou will.
2. Raising the demons when you are still shit scared of doing it
(oh dear oh dear!) is usually done in response to being truly
desperate and having run out of options to get "something" done in
any other way in the foreseeable future and NOT because of severe
energy-masochistic tendencies.
Hence I propose a range of interim measures to assuage the
desperation, bring about a "sanctuary space" and steadying, and
taking it from there.
