RE: [ET2] Notes On Heart Healing

Last night, Ananga sent me another completed dream :-) and of
course, I loaded it up right away with headphones.

On the list were the others and it flipped afterwards straight
into the Heart Healing - oh, I thought, might as well do it, I'm
always telling everyone *they* should!

This was really interesting.

Right from the start, it felt as though I was physically being
pulled forward and upward, a strong sensation. I don't want to be
accused of hallucinating (of course!) but I really did have the
sense that I might not be entirely centered in my energy body but
a little "behind myself" - or there was something "ahead of
myself" that was trying to pull me in.

Very strange.

When I gave into it, there were all of a sudden these physical
sensations, classic EmoTrance stuff - pain lines going down from
the thymus to the stomach, radiating pain and denseness across my
whole collarbone area, waves of stuff into my throat, jaw - all
sorts.

During the music bit I did quite a bit of "soften and flow" and
things responded nicely. It seemed a whole lot longer before the
"breathe deeply" arrived but it sure was - impressive.

I really do think that the vibrations & happenings of Ananga's
sound track really do help this along quite profoundly - So if
you're listenig Ananga, thank you, that was amazing.
