Good point, Tim.
I believe that NLP type changes where you take *something* and
move it is indeed, moving ereas around with intention, physicality
or both. I love the way the Swish pattern shows so clearly that
you can't just pick up ereas and push them sideways, they won't
stay. Bandler takes them right outside and then shoots them back
into a new position - oh dear! Ecology OUCH! was always my
experience on that and I didn't like it. Not systemic.
Trying to find existing channels, networks, pathways in EmoTrance
has a lot to do with that understanding that we're dealing not
with a random pile of stuff but indeed, a matrix with a structure
where things have their rightful place and movement pathways.
The kinaesthetic aspect of literally picking up the thought in the
hand and physically moving it up and over the head, letting it go,
is IMO an important part of the process. Involving the physicality
has a lot of repercussions and I don't actually think there are
brownie points at the moment for trying to do everything
esoterically. We're only toddlers, learning the first bits. How to
stand up and walk in energy land!
So yes and yes, you're right. The whooshing sounds or whatever
other sounds might come to you as you do it are a very nice thing
indeed if it feels right. Personally, I've done this especially
with big or particularly annoying stuff spontaneously too.
cheers,
SF
