thanks for the info. And I can exactly see how and why that might
happen. How it comes to pass and how it doesn't, as it were. "The
exercises are powerful and stolen from a wise Tai Chi master" -
"The exercises are just bunkum and the guy's just a hustler".

Try the exercises and form an opinion of your own based on
practical experience, is what I'm after. A brief pass at one or
two of them that catch your eye and with some attention paid on
what they *actually do to your state* will suffice.
