Right what I was asking you to do is to throw the coin and look at
it, note the answer.
Then throw the coin and don't look at it or cover it and NOTE THE
DIFFERENCE IN YOUR ATTITUDE AND YOUR THOUGHTS.
Chances are that you will think things such as "But if I can't see
it, how I can I know the answer?" or suchlike "disturbances in the
thoughtfield" which set up disturbances in the energy system.
Treat all and everything that comes up. As a first step towards
making a clear, relaxed state where subtle signals may be heard and
then correctly interpreted.
I would say that I don't find this a particularly useful application
for learning the ways of the energy body. I am not fond of muscle
testing exactly because there are so many variables which can
influence the outcome, and for a beginner with EmoTrance it is much
more useful to deal with big, blatant, painful and obvious
disturbances to get solid feedback on their systems before we go on
to much finer distinctions later on. You could think of it as us
being at a state where we really need brightly coloured big building
blocks to practice our hand/eye co-ordination and go on to refine
this later for watch repairs and such.
A learning process, if you will.
