Unfortunately, the wanting/desiring/having of control produces just the
opposite of enlightenment.
Allowing everything and nothing at the same time moves you closer to
enlightenment. It is outside of the realm of cause and effect therefore
control is not involved. No one needs to control that which is perfect. It
just is.
Think about it we are receiving millions of bits of information per second,
we think over a thousand thoughts per second and yet we can only be aware
of five to nine bits of information per second. And some of us think we
control our thoughts?
Like My Grampa Vetter would say, "If you're going to draw straws for the
truth, you better make sure the straws are the same length. Because Jesus
may have died for your sins but you have to learn to live with them."
