Hi Maarten,

Yes I agree with you. Nothing really changes "outside" but inside we
come from a whole different awareness.

To me it is all about consciousness awareness - unfettered by the pre-
conditioned mind. In other words - chopping wood, hauling water,
lying at the beach are all experienced in the same way - through the
joyful experience of total beingness.

It creates an inner field where there is no longer any pain or
suffering since everything is a part of what is, and none of it is
any better or worse than any of the rest of it. "I choose whatever
shows up." I love that statement!

It is a state of total acceptance and knowing that you are the
creator of your own experience. If you don't resonate with your
present experience then you have three choices:

Seek to make changes, remove yourself from it, or move into total
acceptance. But you always begin from a state of presense in
understanding that what is - is! This way there is no longer any
resistance or inner conflict.

I believe that all of our energy imbalances begin with resistance to
what is - and then we turn it into a "problem". In actuality there
are no problems - just challenges.

Oy, I am starting to get carried away here!

Blessings, Nels:-)
