Some more fun with Thought Flow

Good morning all.

Just a brief thought and notion that just occurred - speed reading.

As I am playing with thought flow quite a bit and finding it
*enormously* relieving all around, I have noticed that on occasion I
can set it up so that it just flows - like an open channel rather than
having to do a bit at a time.

I was sitting through a rather appalling movie that had my
thought-systems overheating with judgements and criticisms and all
sorts and after rapidly throwing about oh I don't know - 500, a
thousand? thoughts over the top it began to go onto automatic pilot
and not long after, I was able to just watch the thing and even be
entertained by it.

This morning and just now, I received a very long newsletter in the
email and was conflicted between taking time to read it and too many
other things to do.

Found myself scrolling through it quite rapidly and that same
sensation started up that I had in the movie when the thoughts really
actually started to flow. Now that is an interesting application.
Conscious/Thought-Mind on a "need to know only" basis.

Try it out?

Might be a useful device for those who have all these unread emails
and or documents on their shelves and virtual shelves to reduce the
weight of all that unlearned information.

:-)
