The other day I realized that, rather than "handing over" the issue, my arms felt more like "throwing it behind me". Now, that was a clear message that something else needed to be done, first...

Since that time I pay more attention to "how" I hand things over, to the feeling quality of my gesture. When there is a quality of "caring" or "respecting" I guess I´m on the right track. When I start "throwing up", or my gesture is irritated, impatient, dismissive, I stop and hope to connect to the part that wants to "get rid of", "avoid", "suppress".

Does that make sense to you?
