I, too, am excited about the Thought Flow techniques!
I can't help but wonder sometimes if in using this technique
I might be - even subtlety - suppressing rather than flowing?
In other words, putting the thought behind me and hoping
rather than really dealing with it.
Is there a way to tell the difference when you don't get
immediate feedback?
