I just had to muse some more on this :)
IF there is an addiction/craving for the adrenaline along with the
sensitivity, then, in theory, one could eliminate all emotional
triggers and still have anxiety/panic attacks. And/or, and I'm just
theorizing here, the addictee will continually evoke situations that
increases their adrenaline levels. Whether that might be to satisfy a
need on a physical level, as a physiological addiction, or on a more
emotional level, wanting to feel more alive and vibrant.
