Hi

Haven't posted before, but here's my bit on headache's.

If there isn't an emotional cause, it can often be a food sensitivity - and if it is food sensitivity then 90% of the time it is wheat!

It is worth cutting out wheat to see if this does get rid of the headache/migraine.

Wheat is in many things that you would not expect - tomato ketchup, tinned soups, sausages etc, (not that I would expect any of you to be eating things like this!)

If you do cut wheat out of the diet, and it is a problem for you, you will probably get withdrawl symptoms, which could be - a really bad headache!!!, stick with it and within 3-4 days you should be feeling a lot better.

I am a Kinesiologist, and use muscle testing to find food sesitivities. I test about 120 foods, and wheat is one of the most prolific offenders, and also causes things ranging from depression to joint pain.

Hope this helps someone.

best wishes

Jennine
