Me too. The energy in question doesn't feel like it should be in my body at
all. It must be produced somehow, maybe like a waste product or something...

Could be something in that, epileptic fits are caused by imbalanced flow of
electricity to the brain, sounds like headaches could work the same way -
imbalances in the energy flow, but obviously in a very specific way...
But why is the energy different? It must be some kind of mutation of the
body's natural energy - where else could it come from?
So the meridians move energy moves through and out of the body, kind of like
the digestive system moves nutrients through and out (It's not quite the
same I know, but bear with me).
Why would the body need a constant flow of energy through it if it didn't
absorb something from it? Therefore the energy moving out of the body cannot
be EXACTLY the same as the energy moving in, there would be some slight
difference.
But if the wrong things get put into the digestive system (like too much
junk food, or not enough fruit, or whatever) then you get excesses of some
types of waste product (like an acid stomach, or heartburn). So, someone
suffering from energy malnutrition might experience the same kind of effects
- a build up of waste energy, or energy toxins, which accumulate, causing
the headache. This would explain why the energy 'feels' different.
OK, I'm tying myself up in knots here! :-) Any thoughts, anyone?
Silvia, I am in as much anticipation of your next headache as you are! :-)
