I went to find this article and couldnt see/recognise it in the list of other articles.

  Well, I've just posted an essay on that to http://emotrance.com but I
  would say that ET reaches the parts of the energy body that EFT does
  not.

  Think of it like that. Not everything in the hard body is to do with
  blood, and likewise not everything in the energy body is to do with
  meridians. However, the meridians often *show* the symptoms of
  something deeper down or elsewhere and thus when you tap you get some
  temporary relief but the thing comes back - because it isn't based in
  that level. ET catches stuff that resides on other levels, if you
  want.And it seems that at least in my case, what is really causing MY
  gremlins is in these other layers because my behaviour and thinking is
  changing significantly after about 3 major ET occurrences.

  I would also say that it is possible all the EFT has gotten me to a
  point where I can now work with this "other" stuff and so that's good
  I think.

  EFT & ET are a pretty unbeatable combination when they are used
  together or separately according to circumstances, and that really
  goes both for self help as well as client work in my opion
