(no subject)

Hi Silvia and all.

Something real good just happened.

Not fighting the black hole I alsmost immediately felt surrounded by it. Blackness everywhere. And seconds of total silence.

Very scary, at first. Terror I thought. OK "Receive it as energy..." (what a lifesaver that can be!)
And I felt a block in my jaw. When that was released, it all moved through me, mostly to the ground, and some out through my right temple.

I realized that I was still holding on in my lower back. Putting my own hands there didn't do much (though it felt agreable). Gosthands were much more helpful.

As it all rushed through me, it became genuinely exhilarating, and the blackness suddenly was all light...

At the same time, I felt more grounded than I did for weeks...

It feels like there is more to do here, but for now it's enough and good, truely good.

PS It is funny though. Not the first time that I find that the ghost-hands are more helpful than my "real" hands.
Have other people found that too?
