So far the energies I have been working with has been in existence
or those that just welled up. And this is the first time I got
this kind of fast and intense type, so the "terrain" was a bit
unfamiliar. Anyway, it was a good learning situation for me to
learn to deal with such energies.

And thanks for the "storm drain" concept, it brings to mind an
equally powerful and fast way to release.

As I revisited the situation, I can still vaguely feel as though
I am wearing a motorcycle helmet around my head though an airy one.
I did emotrance on it and drain the energies through what I felt was
a weak spot in the "wall" that contained the energies.

The funny thing is that this disturbance energies is not within
my physical body. And when I emotrance it, I can feel it moving
around the perimeter of my physical body (head) but it made no
attempts to enter. I wonder what is this about? And once the energies
shifted out, I felt the "helmet" deflating until the feeling
disappeared. I am thinking whether this energy is mine or from an
external source since it was not within me physically.
