Thanks for sharing these superb stories. It prompted me to call you up and since then you've done a couple of simply wonderful Emotrance sessions on me - what an amazing thing to find another Scorpio who has the same willingness to work "in depth" the way I do - I am truly thrilled to know you! I can't wait till we finish up with the shields procedure as soon as I've cleared enough of the energy out of the way - whenever that happens. You are one terrific ET-er! I'll bet you're good at teaching it too.

Dear ET2 Listmembers,

I want to share with this list one thing that works for me - I'm learning a lot from Sandra Hillawi - when the energy is not moving, or is moving very slowly I put "ghosts of hands" as Silvia taught me - but not just one ....simply lots and lots of them - above, under, around the energy block that is being softened/diffused. So in my case, my block was around the heart/lungs; we cleared all around the heart/lung area, not realising there was more left just under the lungs, above the diaphragm. In other words it was a sac around the heart/lungs - but we had only cleared the upper portion, not realising there was anything left there. We then came back to it at the end - it seemed just like a thin line at first...but ended up being the bottom part of the sac. It was like a flat sheet. So I imagined many many hands under this sheet, over it, etc. This helped speed up the process.

Secondly, another thing that helps is a little more bizarre/weird - or maybe to those who have connected with Silvia's rather unique energy field, not so strange! When the energy block is taking its time to soften, I (mentally) put Silvia's hands on it...and it softens much quicker!!! I asked Sandra if she thought Silvia would be aware we were "borrowing her hands" and she said "Probably! She's such a Jedi herself!!" LOL! Any comments, Silvia?

Finally a third thing that helps me quicken the process is to Reiki the spot I am working on.

Learning more and more by the day ...I'd love to hear of other people's experiences and new learnings/discoveries as they experiment with Emotrance, like I am.

Personally, one of the reasons I like ET is that you are working directly with the energy blocks themselves, which I find is really neat , I like the 'hands on' approach of working with energy.
