I feel its important to know how to do the sheilds work safely for the client so learning about it on the training course is the best way to be able to do understand and do it properly.

But the gist of it is controlling the amount of energy flow in through and out so it remains comfortable to the client, ie they can handle it. The sheilds are there for a reason and care needs to be taken with how you go about doing it, handling what may arise in the process of it, so excuse me for not going into greater depth here. It is an extremely powerful way for healing relationships and I use it alot.

    In response to your last email, just wanted to share with you about a client I had last week, might give some insights on the 'not feeling' .....

    This client came in because she couldnt feel anything and wanted to. She'd been on Brandon Bays' The Journey which you may know is dropping through the layers of emotions to your source then coming back up again, with emphasis on the emotions and she couldnt do any of it because she couldnt feel.
    Also said her sister was very ill and it didnt register anything with her at all, totally numb.

    Anyway, I explained about emotions being symptoms of energy coming in and being blocked so that having no emotions meant she was either letting it all in, through and out, free flowing, not getting stuck, or it wasnt getting in for some reason, maybe because she was unconsiously blocking it. She said the latter was more likely. The not feeling anything dated from a year ago, which was when she had big relationship issues which she couldnt handle anymore, detached herself so she didnt feel.

    So she'd put the barriers up, and forgotten about them, and they were still there stopping anything else getting through. So we did the sheilds work in relation to her ex husband and before she could let any of his energy in she had to free LOADS of energy from her jaw. Then after we worked through the sheilds protocol, the room was transformed and all was lovely and soft and flowy, and so was she. I asked her how she felt about her sister now and she said it was different. She just said it all felt really nice, loving. She also really enjoyed the process we did.
