Thanks for your sharing. It prompted me to do a little ET today. Was feeling a very tight empty feeling just under the sternum bone - solar plexus. Tested it as age capacity 2. Related to grandma. I had gotten so triggered into this feeling of fear. Anyway decided to Emotrance it for a change..... and I softened it with my hands first, then asked it if it could move where would it go? It said out the head.... and it went up to my throat, then I had to encourage it to move again. Finally it left. But there was still some forgiveness work to be done... so I simply did the BFFF process of clearing all leftover F.A.S.T. - fears, anger, sadness and traumas, then cleared all J.C.B.s - judgment criticism, blame, and finally all unforgivenesses. It felt soooooo goood afterwards. I was able to spontaneously start seeing light at the third eye... and I meditated for a bit. And this was just what was needed! There's been a lot of tension around me lately - went away to Gary's seminar this weekend and came back to lots of conflicts - so at the end I spent a lot of time just sending love and Reiki to all the people who were experiencing these conflicts, including myself!

So I wanted to take amoment to thank you for sharing, and bless your creativity that has come out - which helped you write this email to begin with - because that's what prompted me to give emotrance a try instead of other therapies.

I can't seem to get to the point where I'm using emotrance all the way from the beginning to the end of the process, but it's a start, ain't it? My first ET session on myself with no help! I feel like a kid learning to ride a bike who says, "Look ma, no hands!"

I enjoyed conversing with you at Ananga's breakout session at the EPC and hope we meet again sometime.

  so.. i emotranced it all.. the sheild went away pretty fast once i had located it and then.. IIINNNN she came.. like warm water flowing.. and i felt the ice cracking and melting.
  and then.. the song just filled me up and nourished me.. the way it nourishes those who come to me (often) and say it really touches them. i was so relieved.

  And the mere fact that i am writing about it here to you all is testament to the FACT that emo trance works. because i had never allowed my work (my gift) to touch me, i was just compelled to do it almost against my will.
